FAQ:

These are just a few questions that people have for us as we are starting up
this new business. The questions and answers below should help you with
anything you may need to know about us before making a purchase. Of
course, if your question is not answered by anything below, feel free
to contact us with your needs.

Q: How long have you been in business?
A: We started officially doing parts selling in May 2006, but we have
been experienced with the automotive industry since 2003.

Q: How long will it take for me to get my parts from the time I order?
A: It depends on what you order. Being a new business, a lot of the
business we do is in the form of drop-shipping, where we take the
orders we receive, give them to our supplier, and then he ships them out.
This keeps us from having to raise our prices in order to pay for a large
storage center to be able to house product that we don't know if we will
actually sell. But from the time you order, we would expect you to receive
your product within 10-12 days from the time you order.

Q: Will my order come in the same box or will it be different boxes?
A: As stated above, we are currently using drop shipping as our means of
delivery. With that being done, all products you order from the same
Supplier will be shipped in the same box, but if the Suppliers vary within
your purchase then you may receive a box for each different vender you use.

Q: What do I do if I am not satisfied with my product?
A: If you receive your product and for any reason you are not satisfied, you can
send it back to DLSpeed (not the vender) along with a detailed description of the
problem and if we cannot fix it for you we will either refund your money or work
with the vender to get your product replaced for you.

Q: What is the deal with the Affiliates Section and how does that it work?
A: If you look at the Affiliates Section, you will notice that the
page allows you to create an account or login to an existing once.
When you register, it will give you a URL to place on your site to
link back to ours. Simply attach that URL to one of our pre-made
banners, make your own, or make a text link back to our site, and
place it on your personal webpage. Then, anytime someone clicks on
your link, it is tracked by our system and if they make a purchase,
you will be credited for the sale, and receive 6.5% of the PROFIT!
Once you receive $30 worth of commissions, we will send you a
check with your earnings.

Q: What if they leave the site but come back? Will I still get credited for the sale?
A: Yes, you will! When a customer clicks on your link, our sales
tracking system places a cookie on their computer and logs their
IP Address, so even if they leave the site and come back at a later
time (up to 30 days), you will still receive credit for the sale.

Q: Do you offer Car Club Discounts?
A: Yes! If you can get 10 people that all want to purchase from us (minimum 10 products), just enter the Coupon Code CARCLUB1 and you will receive 10% off your total order!
